Workers' compensation provides benefits for employees who suffer disease, physical injury, or death arising out of and in the course of their employment. Benefits are set in accordance with MO statutes. Members are protected for the full amount of the loss.

Premiums
Premiums or contribution amounts are based on each participant's payroll and job classification rate as approved by the MO Division of Workers Compensation. Adjustments are made based on a participant's claim experience, and rates may be further reduced by discounts and other considerations determined by the Trust's Board of Directors.
